A Feile final meeting with Kilmihil was all one way traffic for the seasiders who dominated throughout. Conleths in Group B of Division 1. Kilmurry Ibrickane emerged last weekend as the Clare Feile Peil na mBan representatives for 2012 which is being hosted by Laois and Carlow on June 22, 23, 24th.

But he had plenty of support from the Kilmihil forwards, all of whom showed up well, and whose every move was meaningful. There were so many good performances for the winners it is hard to single out individuals, except to say that Teddy and Sean Murphy, Henry Sheehan and P.J. Keogh were to the fore. For his power-punching performance the accolade of Man-of-the Match belongs to Paudie Halpin.

In 2004 the club won its first Munster Senior Club Championship when they defeated the Waterford champions Stradbally in a replay on a scoreline of 09 to 08.

This year's U14 Feile is being hosted by Laois & Offaly on June 22nd to 24th.
